We want every child to know and experience the love of God. Even though children in this age group might not talk or understand everything around them, our trained volunteers will show them love and care by mirroring God’s love for every child.
Kids in this age group will sing, play, and experience age-appropriate lessons from the Bible. We hope to show them how much fun church can be while we learn together and grow to become more like Jesus.
After check-in, your elementary-aged child will start service with you — joining our primary worship gathering with your families.
When the music portion of worship is over (about 20 to 30 minutes), you and your kids have options! They can stay with you. Or an adult can walk them to our first-through-fifth-grade environment. While there, they’ll participate in a Bible discussion designed for them, then play games and have fun together.
We take the safety and security of your children very seriously. Our Lake City Kids Volunteers are screened, background-checked, and undergo rigorous safety and security training.
Our check-in process ensures that your child is accounted for at all times and released only to someone you’ve authorized personally at the end of our gatherings.
For little ones, the floors in our preschool and toddler rooms are cleaned and covered with safety mats. Where appropriate, there are also toddler gates.
Stop at one of our check-in kiosks to register your child when you arrive. Someone will be there to assist you and answer any questions you have.
Competent and caring Lake City Kids Volunteers will teach your kids to have a joy-filled relationship with God through Jesus.
